A convenience fee will be charged for all payments made on this website. This fee is charged by the payment processing company and is not retained by the City.
Utility bills are always due on the 15th of every month, unless it falls on a holiday or weekend. In that case, it'll be due the next business day. Late fees are added on the next business day after the bills are due.
The cut-off date can be found on your late notice and is 10 days after the late notice is mailed.
