The amount due for a certificate of occupancy depends on whether it has been approved administratively or an inspection is required. Service fees are charged for each transaction so make sure you know how much is due before processing your payment.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Payment for vendor permit is due by the Wednesday before the event by 5 PM. Late fee may be assessed for payments received after that time.

The City of Bandera does NOT accept American Express.
